Helpdesk Customer Support
CSS are a growing software company who require an enthusiastic and passionate individual to become a part of our I.T customer services and first line support team.
Duties will include:
The candidate must have proven experience within a customer services role, preferably within an I.T environment. They must possess a confident phone manner and have good communication skills. Basic computer and Windows experience is essential however the role is not a technical one. The candidate will be working as part of a team to achieve and deliver a quality service.
- Dealing with support tickets through our ticketing system
- Phone support
- General administration
- Data inputting duties
- Be the first point of contact to support end users on a variety of systems
- Diagnosing and resolving issues
- Good Customer Service Skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft products
- Great Communication on Phone and Email
What you can expect from us:
- Experience with MS SQL
- Interest in IT
The candidate will be working in a brand new office environment with a supportive and experienced team, with excellent career progression opportunities. We offer 20 days holiday allowance + all statutory days. The support team works on a rota basis 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
