Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the team to develop and foster relationships with new and existing clients, categorising them depending on their sales-readiness, and helping the team with nurturing them until they are ready for an appointment with a member of the Business Development Executives.
  • Using email, LinkedIn and telephone to proactively contact prospects, regularly to promote and discuss our software and services.
  • Assisting with making quality appointments from our database for our Business Development team.
  • Act as a key member of the BD team answering calls, assisting on actioning requirements and helping to providing great service to your team members.
  • Managing records to the highest standard and updating the company’s CRM system.
  • Manage diary efficiently and effectively, ensuring productivity is maintained week on week and targets are exceeded.
  • Helping to promote campaigns alongside our Marketing Team to sell products and services.

Duties will include:

  • Providing 1st Line technical web application support via telephone calls, online support (Zendesk) and live chat queries
  • Diagnosis and resolution of reported problems, and proactively managing/owning issues through to completion in a timely manner
  • Keeping records up to date, and general administration duties

The right candidate will be someone who is hands on with a wide range of activities within the IT infrastructure space, and has proven professional experience and a detailed knowledge of IT best practice and processes.

Your primary role will be focusing on ensuring availability, reliability and security of all infrastructure components such as servers, networks, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.

Duties will include:

  • To continually implement the IT Strategy for the organisation, ensuring it is fit for purpose as the business expands and changes as well as offer suggestions for improvement.
  • To fully understand the organisation’s cyber security defences, and to monitor cyber security, as well as being an integral part of the cyber response team.
  • To assist with IT related risks across the organisation, and to escalate risks to your line manager and other department heads where necessary.

We are looking for a Project Implementation/Support Team Member to work with our Senior Management Team. Our ideal candidate is super organised, very diligent, and a quick learner who is willing to own and manage projects and support our customers. We want someone who will care about our clients and colleagues as much as we do!

Duties will include:

  • Working with clients to install software solutions and configuring systems as appropriate to reach key project deliverables.
  • Overseeing projects, mitigating risks and solving issues.
  • Understanding client requirements for a smooth transition and implementation.
  • Working with data from outgoing providers and sources to manage system setups.
  • Writing specification documentation for new software developments.
  • Training new customers during the implementation process.
  • Scheduling, attending and leading meetings.
  • Internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Updating project records.
  • Providing support to new and existing customers.

Ideally you will have proven experience within a software implementation position. A confident, friendly manner, and excellent communication skills are also necessary. You must be a great team player and have a passion to achieve and deliver quality customer service.

Working hours:
