iOS/C# Software Developer Role

Job Description

We’re looking for an experienced highly motivated, talented and capable iOS / C# developer to join our team to work on some incredible projects.

Knowledgeable and experienced in the following core technologies:

  • Swift
  • Objective-C
  • C#
  • Web technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS
  • Understanding of Object-Oriented & Protocol Oriented Programming
  • Experience of software design patterns such as MVVM, MVP, or MVC
  • Experience of creating high quality iOS Apps
  • Analytical and critical thinking
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
  • Driven for continuous learning/improvement
  • Xcode Development Environment

Desirable:

Salary: For this position, the salary range lies between £60,000- £80,000 gross per year. Our final offer will depend on your skills and experience.

Technical Project Implementation Lead

Job Description

The Implementation Lead role is focused on leading projects to implement solutions and complete customer satisfaction through a customer first attitude.

You will be responsible for ensuring that our project implementations are proactively coordinated, planned, managed, and delivered in accordance with company implementation best practices and methodologies.

You will work directly with clients over the whole project lifecycle, guiding them and their end-users through the implementation of our software, from initial contact to the transfer to our helpdesk service team.

The Desirable Candidate:

You must be extremely customer-oriented and be able to demonstrate full accountability, owning responsibility for the overall success of our software implementations. You will need the skills and know-how to work cross-functionally across teams and possess concise written and verbal communication skills.

You will be an experienced professional from either a support or an implementation background.

You will possess a methodical and analytical approach and be used to meeting deadlines and working on multiple concurrent projects.

Continual improvement is a key part of the implementation process and the ability to demonstrate an eye for process improvement will be a clear advantage.

Essential Skills

  • Ability to organise projects and work to deadlines.

Key duties to be performed:

  • Working to project delivery deadlines
  • Defining and implementing a solution that meets both the needs of the clients and the requirements of the contract.
  • Configuring the Pro-Cloud system and working with the client and other internal teams to implement the solution
  • Working with our clients to develop test plans to ensure that the solution meets their business needs.
  • Defining and specifying any bespoke changes that form part of the agreed solution.
  • Managing User Acceptance Testing to signoff stage before configuration of Product platform
  • Performing other related duties to meet the needs of the project
  • Working with the team to identify areas of continuous improvement to drive delivery times down
