A requirement to create a product template as a package product type. This will need to automatically create a linked status upon an item (or items) being goods-in against that template (the asset ID will be set to the status name for easy identification). If an existing template should be set to a package, all existing asset ID’s will have linked status locations created.

This feature will allow our Bluelight and Emergency Services personnel to report faults with equipment as it happens.  This can be done connected to a network or offline.  When raised in offline mode the system will store the action on the device and automatically raise the alert immediately on connection to the network.

A task is created for the user to indicate the fault and the action taken e.g. more to fault status or resolved problem on-site but may need rechecking.

Central units will receive a notification alerting the fault and can follow-up using the fault reporting tracking dashboard.

Our SSO solution will be extended to facilitate shared devices, especially in situations where the Ambulance crew share and use devices in the vehicle.  This is to ensure that the device data is cleared down after the users signs off ensuring no data or sing-in information was saved in the device memory.

All users will have to re-sign in and the authentication is managed via the customers Azure AD platform.

Our Field Service Notification (FSN) module will provide customers such as St John Ambulance the ability to notify all first-aiders in the field when a notification is received.  The feature provides

  • Type of Notification
  • Indicate Action to be taken – e.g quarantine or remedial fix
  • Alert on Pro-Cloud app to enduser when an FSN is issued
  • Tracker to monitor read receipts
  • Reporting on how many FSN received

Our automated user account process will simply require access to be granted via the Microsoft Azure AD platform.  The new accounts will be added to a designated AD folder and our import API will connect automatically and import the users into the Pro-Cloud database.  The user will be given a default non-operation location and on first-login can change to the unit they are deployed to with the customers Azure AD as the primary account management system.

Changes to accounts will be actioned on Azure AD and the import programme will automatically apply the changes without manual intervention.
