January - March

Features

To update the reason code email sent as a result of assets being reason coded during the pick for the asset transfer process to include additional barcode information in the email alongside the Pro-Cloud asset number. These could be the following depending on what the provider is using:

  • Legacy Barcode 1 and/or 2.
  • Accession Number 1 and/or 2.
  • GS1.
Within the Transfer dashboard, bring in a search section to allow users to search on the following:
  • Internal ID.
  • Shipping ID.
When manually marking activities, allow the user to select all lines to make up at the same time, once all asset numbers have been entered.
When viewing a client record include in the main side menu, if set, the clients’ mobile contact number.
To introduce the option to quick book/unmanifest linked activities within Pro-Cloud manifesting. This will show the main activity required and then any linked activities the client record also has pending to allow for additional activities to be booked to the same route for the same service user on the same day.
Provide a packing report to support the packing module within the Pro-Cloud application. To include, but not limited to:
  • Status information.
  • Quantity packed.
  • Occurred date/time.
  • Packed by.

April - June

Features

A new module within the Pro-Cloud application to allow a user to process the following, specifically for diagnostics pouches:
  • Issue equipment to self.
  • Return equipment to selected locations.
  • Move equipment to selected report locations.
  • Report available on the interface to show all items issued, returned or reported.
To show picklist of continence items displaying the product codes and total quantity required, rather than displaying each activity line individually.
When managing peripheral stores within Pro-Cloud, a way to select the branch you are ordering from first and then show in stock (shelf stock) levels for the item at the selected branch.
  • This will prevent orders from being placed when there is no stock available to replenish from a specific branch.

July - September

Features

Allow users to save bulk asset transfers as draft activities.
To bring in an option to the Tasks & Tests results page similar to the asset view where it will default to list 10 results, but allow you to select how many to view per page (10, 50, 100 etc.)
To allow the provider to set a status alert email, so if there are late tasks in a status an email alert is sent out, this will:
  • Allow selected users to set up an email with specific provider content.
  • Allow sending to specific email accounts.
  • Allow the provider to configure how often it is sent.
A backorders feature is required to allow an item to be ordered which is out of stock, but to provide the prescriber with an alert that the item is out of stock and the order to then fall into a backorders section of Pro-Cloud.

To allow any status to be set as stopping tasks from being generated when an item is moved into that status. When the item is found to then allow the process to be configurable as to how the task is then generated:

1. Generate on schedule from the date the previous was completed/cancelled (based on setup).
2. Generate on schedule from the date it is found.
3. Generate the date the item is found (the task is due that day).

Provide additional filters throughout various sections within Pro-Cloud.
 
  • Group permissions & users – enabled/disabled user flag.
  • Scanner unpair – username search capability.
  • Asset Register – Batch, Assets & Both filter.
  • Goods In via the Interface – display if a batch item or not.

October - December

Features

This development will include bringing in the ability to allow additional aspects to be included and added when completing a task-type activity on the scanner. This will allow the user to add and record the following against a task activity:

  • Product Parts
  • Asset Part
  • Batch Part
  • Custom Parts
  • Labour

Provide a new text replacement tag within the activity outcome email to allow the ability to include the asset ID status breadcrumb information within the email.

When viewing the asset history of an individual asset ID, if the asset had previously been exchanged from one SKU to another, show within the movement notes, who exchanged the item and when it occurred. 
Within the PDF checklist, if the provider is not utilising the signature functionality, show the completed date and completed by information instead of the signed for and signature information.
Within the recent client view and the client search results view, show the status of the client record, whether active, inactive or deceased.
