CSS Pro-Cloud Product Roadmap 2023

An update to the purchasing and invoicing process to allow the following:

• Two goods in events occurring back-to-back.
• Two separate invoices and the need to post them separately.

To provide a textbox as a result of a chosen activity outcome with the following configuration:

• Ability to set per outcome whether to ask for notes or not.
• Ability to set per outcome whether the notes are mandatory or not.
• Display these notes in areas where we also show the outcome, including a new text replacement for the activity outcome email setup.

To allow for parts to be added when completing a task activity, this includes the following:

• Configure what can be added per provider.
• Allow to add standard product parts, custom parts, assets, batch or labour time.

Provide a new text replacement for the activity outcome email for the asset staus location, including the breadcrumb of the location.

When searching for a client record within Pro-Cloud, within the results and also the recently viewed, to display whether the account is active or inactive.

Allow for Pro-Cloud to enforce you to select a second agent when releasing routes which contain orders for items that are marked as multi-agent items. Prevent the second agent from completing the activity but allow to view the activity, notes and other information. The primary agent should be responsible for marking the activity as completed.

After carefully reviewing the interface and listening to feedback from our extensive customer base we have decided to further invest in the aesthetics of the solution, to improve the usability and navigation for our users, whilst ensuring the functionality remains intact. This will continue with a redesign of the purchasing module including the following enhancements:

• Main dashboard of purchase order status stats
• New simple purchase order process flow
• Raise POs from low stock alerts
• Edit purchase orders, including when to email supplier
• PO authorisation
• PO tasking process

To bring in the ability to setup questionnaire states, so at each of the possible end points of a questionnaire, to set an outcome, this will then automatically be set against the questionnaire once complete.

To bring in an additional procurement module, for providers to request purchase orders from other Pro-Cloud providers.

To allow users to update specifics, such as product costs using the FT concept by using import templates.

Provide a setting on the manifesting main view to show whether to display activities in backorders in manifesting. To also show an indicator within manifesting if an order is a backorder.

Various updates to improve the existing continence module, including:

• Ability to set the suspension reasons by provider/contract
• A simpler way to update manifest date/route
• A way to see client profiles that may have more than one relevant route

A new help section within Pro-Cloud, which will include quick links to help guides, workflows and newly created process videos.

All Features Scheduled
