Features

After carefully reviewing the interface and listening to feedback from our extensive customer base we have decided to further invest in the aesthetics of the solution, to improve the usability and navigation for our users, whilst ensuring the functionality remains intact. This will continue with a redesign of the tasks & servicing module including the following enhancements:

  • The ability to set up one task and set it for individual or multiple branches and products.
  • Review of the checklist PDF available to ensure all relevant information is displayed.
  • Easier process and restriction for manual marking, including the ability to set the outcome and notes.
  • Clearer separation between the overall branch view and the individual branch view.
  • Export capability directly from the filtered task results list.
  • The ability to limit specific areas within the tasks & servicing module based on permissions.
  • The ability to see the questionnaire setup linked to a task setup.
  • To allow custom grouping of tasks and provide the ability to breakdown the view based on these groupings, for example:
    • Services
    • Cleaning processes
    • User-specific tasks

  • To ensure the despatch note shows all asset identifiable fields that are in use for the provider, for example, legacy barcode, serial no. etc.
  • To allow a user to unassign an activity from awaiting pick (if the pick has not yet been started)

To enhance the existing Pro-Cloud interface and application user permissions. To apply the permission limit to all newly upgraded modules within Pro-Cloud.

Additions to the upgraded inventory & assets module:

  • To bring in a simple process for moving batch and batch set items to another location by quantity and set.
  • To show the overall SKU min/max quantity.
  • Allow dashboard stats to go to the upgraded module, if in use.

  • To set permissions (if using) when editing or creating a user account.
  • The ability to limit specific areas within the users module based on permissions.

A new process within Pro-Cloud for auto-replenishment for peripheral stores set up as branches:

  • Auto stock reordering
  • Store min/max monitoring
  • Using a new transfer process

To increase the character limit for various note input fields, including:

  • Authorisation notes
  • Activity notes
  • Internal notes

This improvement aims to ensure that item category and nominal code information for special orders is collected in TCES and automatically updated in the Pro-Cloud Purchasing module.

In our existing transfer order handling system, users are currently prompted to confirm the availability of a courier before they can proceed with assigning a transfer order. To enhance the efficiency of the transfer order assignment process, we will look to provide an option to decide if this confirmation is required or not.

To update the process of manually completing an activity to ensure that the asset number is given before marking the activity as complete.

The objective of this change is to improve the display management for sub-contracted tasks in the manifesting dashboard, allowing users to readily differentiate between their task and the sub-contractor task.

Bring in a new status setup flag to provide the ability to set a status as not requiring to alert if not at its home location. This would be used in such instances as the location is a scrap location.

To add a new filter for all/batch/assets and add multi-select for locations within the asset register.

To integrate the packing function into the make ready process within the scanner, providing users with the option to initiate the packing procedure before executing the make ready function. To also have the packing app order the SKU results by the description rather than the code.

Create a cleaning app feature, including a module within the scanner for execution and an additional configuration function in the interface. This functionality is designed to facilitate the management of cleaning tasks within the organization, ensuring efficient handling of cleaning jobs.

Enhancement to the existing product distribution module within the Pro-Cloud application to allow the following:

  • Search by location or SKU
  • Show either products or items in a location
  • Ability to view individual assets or filter down by SKU

To ask, if the setting is lower than expected, if you want to reason code the remaining lines on the scanner (action then taken from the reason to close or leave open).

Provide a new column for users to log an ExternalPORef or ExtneralPONumber to allow users, regardless of whether they use the purchasing module, to record this data within Pro-Cloud. If utilising purchasing this will show as an additional field within the module.

An interactive walkthrough integrated into the Pro-Cloud system. This is to assist in training and recapping on features when within the system. 

Additions to the upgraded inventory & assets module:

  • To allow the user to force a task from the asset page.
  • Provide an export that will include both asset and batch items.
  • To add the full status breadcrumb to additional export locations.
  • To allow the user to edit and manage existing status location templates.
  • Allow a search via the serial number.
  • Adapt stats to breakdown the status location alerts to view just under expected (all different alert types).

Bring in a process to search on the questionnaire results answered as part of a task activity, for example. Further details are to be confirmed.

A new feature to show the last stop information in the dashboard.

If a user places an activity on hold within Pro-Cloud to allow the user to advise whether to send an email alert to the prescriber who placed the order with the on hold information.

To bring in the ability to utilise the TCES inactive service user process within Pro-Cloud.

Allow users to define a movement rule for a specific branch. Once the movement rule has been set up, the scanner should auto-populate the location while working on the move batch inventory job. This will help warehouse workers to quickly and accurately move batch items to the location, which will improve the efficiency of the warehouse management system.

The objective of this change is to enhance the existing dashboard to provide a comprehensive and efficient platform for users to effectively manage their ambulance fleet and related operations. The updated dashboard will encompass a range of features designed to offer users a holistic view of their ambulance fleet’s status and ensure timely responses to events.

Review the existing templating module to create a process suited to all sectors within Pro-Cloud alongside the catalogue redesign. Further details to follow.

Reviewing and enhancing our existing workshop process, including fault report and tasks processes combined.

If Pro-Cloud and TCES in use, allow the user to pick which website to link to in the user setup.
  • If using the existing simple attributes, which can be applied through the goods in process on the interface, functionality will be added to view and edit these attributes once items are goods in.
  • To also allow the user to set and edit asset notes through the interface.
Introduce GPS tracking using, for example, GPS tiles on equipment, allowing for equipment location.

Review additional wallboards for new developments throughout the system to also review and include status reports for the following:

  • Workshop
  • Ready To Go
  • Make Ready
  • Allocate
  • Fault Report

Allow messaging between the ready to go app and the Pro-Cloud interface for important alerts and updates.

New extended data warehouse to provide additional detailed reporting.

To create a process to allow for a questionnaire to show at the end of a particular activity type. For example a delivery or collection, regardless of the equipment involved. This will allow for providers to have questionnaires they can ask service users to complete if required.
