The ability to mark a referral or assessment as ‘Added In Error’ by the person who added it. The information will still be retained but will only display as ‘Added In Error’.

To allow users with mulitple account types to have one log in and then select which area/permission to the system they would like to access. For example if a contract admin also has access to raise activities as a prescriber.

Update to the triage screen/process in TCES Community, to allow you to view the referral side by side with the triage options while triaging.

To have the ability to select from a list of sub-property types where required when editing or creating new addresses.

Have the ability to set the inbuilt walkthroughs as mandatory to complete before using the system, then allow this information to be reported on to see who has completed the training modules.

To allow the appointment SMS’ to be configured by the contract.

To allow the contract to enable or disable the ability for users to raise a service user transfer on the system or through the mobile view using the on site scan functionality.

Have the ability to create clinical admin accounts within the user section of the configurator controls.

A new flag on a service user record which will, if set, display a banner at the top of the client record to indicate a risk present.

Allow, under certain circumstances and progress wtihin the order, for a prescriber to be able to amend an activity.

The ability to delete a service user record. We are currently assessing the exact requirements for this request to ensure the solution keeps in line with GDPR and IG compliance.
