When recommended products are shown within the toolkit, to provide an option to view the product details before selecting one.
When viewing the activity PDF documentation, including custom questionnaires, look to include the activity ID in the PDF.
To improve the check authorisation process, to show all impacted reasons why an authoriser does not show at the end of an order.
To provide the ability for a contract to state whether to prevent a user from marking a service user record as inactive, if there is an active continence profile in place. This should instead advise them to contact the provider in order to have the activities cancelled and the profile closed.

To allow the contract to configure if additional emails or SMS’ should be sent out as follow ups until the order is authorised or refused.
To provide the ability to choose to set one or the other field as mandatory when it comes to fields such as Health/Social ID and the contact number fields.
To allow multiple images to be shown and viewed within the TCES product catalogue.
The TCES address lookup process will be enhanced by automatically displaying and filtering available addresses, making it easier for users to find the correct one.
We want to introduce an android and iOS mobile application for users of TCES Community to utilise. This will encompass features of the TCES Community website, allowing the user to:
  • Review on-site equipment.
  • Request a collection, repair or service.
  • Track existing orders.
  • Find local depots which will provide the equipment required.
  • Diagnostic tools advising on simple living aids available.
Whilst also bringing in additional enhancements which can utilise mobile application technology, such as:
  • Biometric security.
  • GPS.

Additional functionalities for contract administrators within the new configurator looking to include the following modules or any additional enhancements to the following modules:

  • Contract settings – preferences.
  • Ordering settings – preferences.
  • Authorisation settings – preferences.
  • Delete requests.
  • Users – profiles setup and management.
  • Users – The ability to take ownership of a prescriber account.
  • Audit reports.
  • Toolkit setup.
  • Users – Training certification.
When viewing a clients record and the individual asset ID’s showing on-site, allow viewing of the PPM and repair history of the individual asset.
Our goal is to improve the visibility of frequently ordered and popular products in our catalogue. This will help those placing orders get a better understanding of which equipment would be most beneficial for their team.
We aim to provide a convenient method for users to place speedy orders, either by selecting a frequently ordered item or basket, streamlining the ordering process for those on the move.
We want to introduce an android and iOS mobile application for service users to utilise. This will encompass all the features of the TCES Community Residents portal, allowing the user to:
  • Review on-site equipment.
  • Request a collection, repair or service.
  • Track existing orders.
Whilst also bringing in additional enhancements which can utilise mobile application technology, such as:
  • Biometric security.
  • GPS.
  • Smart-home capabilities.
  • Heart rate monitoring.

To look to later introduce a module into this app. This will provide:

  • Self-diagnostic tools advising on simple living aids available.
  • Easily measure areas to establish if the equipment is the correct fit.
  • See what equipment will look like in your home.
  • Find local depots which will provide the equipment required.
NHS spine API and integration for TCES Community.
Within configurator user management, allowing the contract admin, after creating a new user account, to send an email invite out directly to the user with instructions on how to access the system.
Provide the ability to link client contacts to specific addresses. Allowing for the main point of contact to be pre-populated depending on the address the activity being raised is for.
Update to the client audit to ensure, for example, if an address changes, the details are shown rather than ID and when it is a case where it is an on/off or yes/no flag show this rather than 0/1 to make the data clearer for the user.
