The Clinical Assessment Toolkit

Our TCES Community software solution above and beyond the average community equipment ordering platform. It is a solution that manages every aspect of community equipment, including but not limited to equipment ordering, activity management, self-funding management and wheelchair services.

As a software provider for local authorities and the NHS we continually strive to make a difference, creating products that don’t only help practitioners in their everyday working lives but also to bring cost efficiencies across a service.

The Clinical Assessment Toolkit is an additional money saving tool that works in conjunction with TCES Community. The amount of local authorities using the toolkit for key areas of expenditure is continually increasing. Toolkits include pressure care, complex seating, beds, hoists and key safes. All toolkits used have shown significant savings throughout contracts across the UK, in particular pressure care. Kirklees is just one council that have seen significant savings from using the pressure care toolkit. Before they adopted the toolkit they were spending £1,455,909 on pressure care products (products used in the clinical assessment toolkit only) and after just 3 years of use, the toolkit alone has saved an astonishing £530,017.95.

Emma Strain, our Clinical Assessment Toolkit Lead, has extensive past experience in a clinical setting and has worked with service leads to make sure their toolkit works exactly how they envisage to make sure the equipment selection process is completed with confidence.

If you think the Clinical Assessment Toolkit could be of benefit to your service and you would like to find out more, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.
