TCES Community System Upgrade
The community equipment service, Cornwall Council who is one of our long-standing customers has successfully gone live with their TCES Community system upgrade.
Implementing the upgrade throughout their service has provided a more user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interface for their prescribers, with additional features that will improve their everyday community equipment ordering processes.
As part of the upgrade, our training coordinator provided core online training to prescribing staff to ensure that they were skilled in the fundamental system differences.
